No. BirdieMatch is built for both single golfers and golf couples. Singles can join for dating or friendship, and couples can join for social events and double-date style meetups.

Yes. Many events are beginner-friendly, and we also host social formats where skill level is less important. You can also join to meet golfers who are open to helping new players learn.

Typical events include 9-hole mixers, 18-hole mixers (where available), indoor & simulation golf nights, Topgolf-style meetups, group lessons, and occasional weekend travel events.

Mixers are designed to be fun, social, and low pressure. You’ll be grouped with compatible golfers, and we’ll include light icebreakers or game formats to make it easy to talk and connect.

We launch events based on local demand and partner course availability. Joining the waitlist is the best way to get early access and first invites when we start hosting in your area.

Safety is a priority. We use community guidelines, reporting tools, and additional verification options (when available) to help create a respectful and trustworthy environment.

Yes. You can choose “friends mode” to meet golfers for tee times, practice sessions, and group events without dating.

Some events are free or low-cost, while others require a fee (such as course greens fees, bay rental, instruction, or travel deposits). Pricing will always be shown clearly before you join.
